Mission Statement

The Hollywood Education Institute is a Christ-centered institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth. We provide a comprehensive education that integrates biblical principles, equipping students to excel in their chosen fields and make a meaningful impact on society.

Statement of Faith

Hollywood Education Institute is a Christ-centered institution firmly grounded in the Christian faith. We affirm the following core beliefs:

  1. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
  2. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  3. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His return in power and glory.
  4. All people are sinful and in need of salvation, which is a gift from God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
  5. The Holy Spirit indwells and empowers believers for Christian living, growth, and service.
  6. The Church is the body of Christ, called to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples of all nations.
  7. Jesus Christ will return, and there will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost— the saved to eternal life and the lost to eternal separation from God.

Institutional Objectives 

The Hollywood Education Institute has established a set of Institutional Objectives that align closely with its mission. The Board of Directors periodically reviews and approves these objectives to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness.

  1. Academic Excellence. Students will demonstrate, apply, and analyze academic knowledge and skills through performance on examinations, assignments, and projects.
  2. Faith and Learning Integration. Every instructor will integrate, illustrate, and evaluate biblical principles into education.
  3. Student Success. To empower students to formulate, pursue, and achieve their academic aspirations through engagement and student counseling.
  4. Faculty Excellence. To ensure instructors design, deliver, and refine impactful and relevant instruction, all faculty have appropriate qualifications as well as continuing professional development.
  5. Innovation and Adaptation. To ensure the institution analyzes, develops, and implements responsive improvements.

Hollywood Education Institute is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC).

Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE)

Hollywood Education Institute is also approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), which means that HEI has met the regulatory requirements set forth by the state of California.
